How does it work?
- Add the units you need for your event to the basket from the catalogue.
- Select only the day or days of the event. The material is also blocked the day before: you can pick it up the day before at 6 pm, subject to availability.
- Fill in your contact details and, if you request transport, the delivery address.
- Review your basket and pay just a small booking fee online, deducted from the total; the rest is paid on the day of delivery or pickup.
How much is the booking fee?
It depends on the rental amount: €10 if it is under €30, €20 if it is under €90 and €30 above that. The fee is deducted from the total — it is not an extra cost.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is held when the material is handed over and released immediately when the material is returned or collected, as long as it is complete and free of visible damage. Late returns may mean a partial or total deduction from the deposit. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can change it up to 48 hours before the start. Cancellation is free within 24 hours of booking; after that, the booking fee is not refunded.
Do you deliver?
Yes. You can pick up the material for free at our warehouse in Barcelona (Nou Barris) or request home delivery and collection. Transport is priced by road distance; for some towns it is quoted separately and we will contact you with the price. Transport does not include assembly or disassembly of the furniture.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 8 hours. For big events we recommend booking several days ahead to secure availability.
When do I pick up and return the material?
Warehouse pickup: the day before at 6 pm, or on the event day at 8 am (9 am on weekends). Returns: on weekdays, the day after at 6 pm or the same day between 6 pm and 10 pm; for Saturday events, the day after at 11 am, at 7 pm with a 50% surcharge, or the same day between 8 pm and 9 pm; for Sunday events, the same day between 8 pm and 9 pm. With transport, delivery is arranged for the day before or the same day. We are flexible whenever there is availability — just let us know.
